Cancellations received at least 21 days before arrival date, the deposit will be refunded, less 10€ cancellation fee.
Si vous annulez votre séjour au moins 21 jours avant le jour de votre arrivée, la caution vous sera remboursée moins les frais d'annulation de 10€.
Nous vous demanderons de libérer la chambre à 12h le jour de votre départ.
We ask that you vacate your room by 12pm (noon) on your day of departure.
Nous pouvons accueillir en général nos hôtes à 16h, mais si vous voulez arriver plus tôt, nous ferons tout pour que votre chambre soit prête.
You are welcome to check-in from 4pm, but if you wish to arrive earlier we will endeavour to make your room available for you.

- one night deposit required for one and two night stays.
- for 3 or more nights a deposit of 35% of booking value
Deposit can be by French Euro cheque or Sterling holding cheque or bank transfer ( euro zone only ) or credit/debit cards via PayPal + 4% surcharge. Balance payable upon check-out by cash or French Euro cheque ( we do not accept credit/debit cards). A booking is not confirmed or room reserved until a deposit has been received, we will confirm by email receipt of your deposit.

La caution peut être payée par chèque français en euros, par transfert bancaire (zone euro seulement) ou par carte bancaire via PayPal (supplément de 4%). Le complément devra être payé le jour de votre départ en espèces ou par chèque français en euro (nous n'acceptons pas les cartes bancaires). La réservation ne peut être confirmée ou la chambre réservée qu'après réception de la caution ; nous confirmerons par e-mail la réception de la caution.
